CASE STUDY : THE POSITION OF MALES IN THE LIFE OF FEMALES.

Introduction

       This article involves both “ FEMALE EMPOWERMENT and the INTRODUCTION TO THE REALITY OF LIFE”. 

   In a bid to fight for the rights of females, people neglect the position of males in the lives of the females and this shouldn’t be so. 

What exactly is the position of a male in a female's life

• DOMINANCE : This is the main role of the male in the female’s life. They are to dominate of the affairs of the females, but in our world today, this is being deprived of the males by people who claim to fight for the rights of the females. We now have FEMINISTS who neglect the fact that God created the males to dominate, while the females to tend to lesser burdens. 

  The dominant role of the male doesn’t deprive the females of their rights, but one thing should be noted; no matter how long we (females) fight, there’ll be  no such thing as “EQUAL RIGHTS” between the males and females. Although you may wonder why this is so, now let me break it down;

God created the males first,

In the Bible, particularly in Genesis, we can see that God created Adam first, then Eve later on, and that was only after observing that it’s not good for Human beings to be Lonely. So God created Eve (Female) as a companion for Adam (Male), giving Adam the full right and responsibility of DOMINANCE. 

Having explained this, I believe it that the dominant nature of males should be clear to you now. So, why do we now experience cases of Females trying to compete with Males, Women trying to compete with the Men. We must and should abolish the belief that Equal Rights exist between the opposite genders.

• BREADWINNERS OF THE HOME

A major role of the married men this definitely is. They are in the position of BREADWINNERS but before I proceed any further, Who is a breadwinner?

Now, the breadwinner is the overall provider for the home.  Officially, this position is apportioned to the Males in the home but in our world today, where people of the same gender get married, this role is being twisted.   Now, having given a brief but straight forward definition of the personality of a breadwinner, I believe it is now clear why this responsibility has been allocated to the males. 

 Although, this role has been allocated to the males, the females, being their backbones, also assist them in provision of some necessities at the occurrence of financial instabilities. This doesn’t give the Females (helpmates) the position of the males (breadwinner), no matter how much it seems they assist, this is because the males have been ordinated as the breadwinners, the moment exchange of vows occurs between wedded couples hence, it is in accordance with the flow of Nature and the existence of living organisms, a good example is the Lion, King of the Jungle and breadwinner of his pride, although, the lioness assists him in catching prey, she never competes with him for his position as the breadwinner, so why then should we experience cases of Females trying to rub shoulders with their male counterparts. 

       Conclusion

   The facts I’ve listed above are not meant to contradict my previous articles on female empowerment but to serve as an eye opener to the females, so that they can acknowledge the fact that males are the breadwinner, and to the males, so that they own up to their responsibility and take charge when necessary. This doesn’t mean that the females can’t exercise their rights and superiority in different scenarios, but instead that the males should give a supportive hand to the females when necessary, as they also support them.

So this should serve as a guide to both gender,

    “EMPOWERING BOTH GENDERS, TO EMPOWER EACH OTHER” .
